Class management for Fashion Design due to the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Reference is made to the announcement of CIDI Chanapatana ‘Extended class postponement due to the coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19)’ dated 27 April 2021, resulting in extending the postponement of teaching and learning of semester 2 and 4 for two more weeks. Teaching and learning depend on the teacher of each subject.
Due to the continuously intensified situation concerning the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak, CIDI Chanapatana’s measures are being implemented with the safety and well-being of students and personnel in mind as well as to ensure uninterrupted and efficient operation of CIDI Chanapanatana, therefore deemed appropriate to issue the following announcement:
2nd Year Fashion Design (Batch 19)
• Teaching and learning must be operated by electronic methods in the week of 10–12 (5–22 June 2021).
• Regular classes may be resumed in the week of 13–14 (26 June–6 July 2021).
1st Year Fashion Design (Batch 20)
• Teaching and learning must be operated by electronic methods in the week of 8–10 (5–22 June 2021) for only the subject of ‘Introduction to Fashion Illustration’ and ‘History of Costume II’ as the academic calendar is revised.
• Regular classes may be resumed in the week of 11–14 (26 June–20 July 2021).
CIDI Chanapatana will inform the guidelines for teaching and learning in each classroom later. If the situation changes, an announcement will be made accordingly.
